Order processing time:
Orders are processed in 3/6 days from their placement.
Orders are shipped immediately after processing.

Customs duties and taxes on imports
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties. SIA "Pogas kungs" is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by customs controls.
SIA "Pogas kungs" is not responsible for delivery delays due to national or international strikes, pandemics or natural disasters and not even for delivery delays and / or incorrect deliveries.
Shipping time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7-28 business days.
After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Shipments are made directly from the supplier of the goods and are tracked by SIA "Pogas kungs" for you.
